Proposed implementation path

Diagnose first. Scope any software work separately.

Start with a founder-led workflow conversation; any scope, timing, cost, and written output are agreed separately. The phases below are a proposed path for later work, not an available implementation package or supported integration list.

A proposed path, not an introductory conversation’s deliverables.

A larger operating review, implementation roadmap, build, and training are not included in an introductory conversation. Do not upload customer records to start the conversation.

01

Discover

Interview owners and operators, review tools, collect artifacts, and map how work actually moves.

02

Diagnose

Identify source truth, duplicate entry, stuck handoffs, risky automation surfaces, and evidence gaps.

03

Design

Define the operating model, review gates, data-health labels, and implementation roadmap.

04

Build

Only after a separate scope and readiness review: implement and verify the agreed workflow. Planned integrations are not currently available features.

05

Train

Make the system understandable to staff, owners, and future operators.

06

Optimize

Measure adoption, refine handoffs, and expand automation only where the evidence supports it.

Verify the operating boundaries before customer use.
